Monday.com Sync Privacy Policy

Monday.com Sync moves data between your HubSpot account and your monday.com account, in the directions you configure. It runs on our servers, on your behalf, using access you grant through each platform's own OAuth consent screen. You can withdraw that access at any time from either side, and the sync stops.

• Your monday.com boards, groups and columns, so you can choose where deals land and how fields map.
• The items on the boards you connect, to keep a linked item current rather than creating duplicates.
• Your monday.com account id and plan tier, which set the daily API budget the sync has to stay inside.
• monday.com users, to resolve a HubSpot deal owner to a real person on a people column instead of writing a numeric id.

Only the scopes below, each requested on the consent screen before the app is installed:

• Read and write deals (crm.objects.deals), which is the object this app syncs.
• Read deal property definitions and pipelines (crm.schemas.deals, crm.pipelines), so the rule editor can offer your own pipelines, stages and custom properties.

The app keeps the minimum needed to make the sync correct and repeatable. Records that cross between systems are not warehoused: what is stored is the link between them.

• OAuth access and refresh tokens for both monday.com and HubSpot, used only to run your sync.
• Your sync rules: the pipeline and stage that trigger them, the target board and group, your column mappings and filters.
• A mapping between each HubSpot deal and the monday.com item it corresponds to.
• A per record sync log and a count of the API calls made against your monday.com budget.
• Counts of items synced in the current month, for billing.

• We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• We never use your deals or board data to train models.
• We never touch boards outside the ones your sync rules name.
• We never use monday.com's integration recipes, so syncing does not consume your account's monthly integration actions.

The app runs on Vercel and stores its data in a managed PostgreSQL database. Payments, where the app is paid, are handled by Stripe and we never see or store your card details. Transactional email is sent through Resend. Each is used only to operate the app.

Uninstalling the app from HubSpot revokes our access immediately. Email michael@stacktie.com to have the stored records deleted, and we will confirm when it is done. Sync logs are swept on a rolling schedule regardless.
