Zendesk Sync
Zendesk tickets on the HubSpot company and deal, with the whole conversation, not just field values.
A salesperson opening an account before a renewal call needs the support picture, and nobody is buying them a Zendesk seat at 55 to 199 dollars a month to get it.
What it does
- Write the full conversation into HubSpot, the customer's message and every agent reply, public and internal kept distinct and each attributed to whoever wrote it.
- Show tickets on the company and its deals, not only on each contact.
- Emit an event for every status change, so reopened and on hold are visible.
- Choose which tickets sync by view, tag, form, brand or requester domain, and match a requester to an existing contact without creating a new one.
- Backfill archived tickets, which HubSpot's own Zendesk sync excludes.
Need something this app does not do?
Zendesk Sync installs and runs on its own. If the connection you actually need is a different one, or it has to reach a system with no app on the marketplace, that is a custom build rather than a subscription.
